carpet cleaning tip::But what if you have to remove an ink stain from your carpet?
The technique is somewhat similar, but it is much easier and costly to destroy a carpet than an old pair of jeans.
This short guide will walk you through the process of removing ink, while ensuring that your carpet fibers are not destroyed in the process.
First, remove as much ink as possible using a plain white paper towel.
Second, apply alcohol to a white cloth and continue to dab the stain.
This will break down the ink, and transfer it to the cloth.
Continue until the majority of the ink is removed.
As before, use a dabbing motion, and refrain from rubbing.
Once the stain is no longer visible, you can apply a small amount of water to remove any excess detergent or alcohol.
Once again, dab the area with a damp cloth.
If the stain is still visible, repeat the process starting with the first step.
Lastly, leave the area to dry after dabbing it with a dry cloth.
carpet cleaning tip::I also said not to pick up the food spill with a
towel because you run the risk of making the food spill larger by
smearing it carpet cleaning tip
